What/ Who are we

Companies Direct are company formation agents and company administrators. We help start businesses and help their owners manage them, wholly or in part.

We are made up from chartered company secretaries, lawyers and bookkeepers who specialise in the provision of corporate services.

We support both private individuals, such as New-Starts and Business Owners and professional intermediaries such as solicitors, accountants and financial services executives.

Why us

Unlike some company formation agents, we believe that when you start your business, you need to make an informed decision when doing so.

We also recognise that your new business is just the start. We are here to help you manage your business and make it a success, by providing a range of complimentary services.

We don’t abandon you to sink or swim with your new business venture. We provide ongoing business mentoring, information and advice.

When do we do it

Our offices hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00pm although we are often available outwith those hours.

Our web site is generally available at all hours although may be subject to down time outwith our control. You can use our web site to incorporate your business and manage its affairs.

If you intend to communicate with Companies House via our web site please be aware that their business hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00pm. All instructions sent outwith those hours will be queued until Companies House reopen.

Where are we

Our Head Office is in Perth, Scotland. We also have representative offices in Edinburgh and central London.  But we also travel to meet our clients anywhere within the British Isles.

How do we do it

Our main point of contact for new business is via our web site. It gives users a secure means of communicating with us, a secure means of managing their businesses, and a secure means by which they can communicate with Companies House.

However, we are not an impersonal arms-length business.  We encourage existing and prospective clients to communicate with us at a human level.

In managing our clients’ affairs we are actively involved in working with them to ensure business compliance and success.
